Admission: $60.00 per person

Christian golfers from all over the nation will be joining us this year for
the fifth Annual Midwest Christian Golf Outing at Minne Monesse Golf Club.

The Fifth Annual Midwest Christian Golf Outing 2004 will be held Friday
evening, June 4th & Saturday, June 5th, at the beautiful Minne Monesse Golf
Club in Grant Park, Illinois. Uniquely set in richly wooded hills that
roll from the first tee to the last green this course promises to provide
excellent golfing with attention to every detail. We're very pleased that
Minne Monesse has been selected as the course winner for our outing.

As always, you will enjoy a delicious lunch before the Outing, 18 holes of
exciting golf with a cart, a specially-prepared steak dinner with all the
trimmings, and a short, exciting awards ceremony, which will conclude the
day's events. There will also be lots of door prizes, free refreshments on
the course, and a framed picture of you and your foursome to take home with
you.

The cost for this year's Outing is only $60.

For the first time in the history of our event, we are expanding our outing
to a retreat. For our golfing friends that have a distance to travel, we
have come to terms with a local Hotel for a block of rooms to be reserved
just for your foursome. The cost to the golfer for dinner and the hotel for
Friday night is only an additional $20.

We will start Friday evening off at the church with a catered dinner at 6:30
p.m. Dr. Rick Dawson of Cartersville, Illinois, will be our guest speaker
for the night. Following a delicious dinner and speaking, we will have an
open gym and a shuttle bus to our local driving range. Plan to join us for
this opening night event.

10:00 a.m. Registration, Driving Range, Putting Challenge, & Group Pictures
all open

10:30 a.m. Lunch is available in the club lodge.

11:15 p.m. Captains Meeting on deck, Registration closes

11:30 p.m. All Golfers Meeting

12:00 p.m. Shotgun Start...Let's play some GOLF

5:00 p.m. Dinner

5:30 p.m. Awards

All golfers should report to the registration table when they arrive at the
golf course to check in.
