The Manteno Oktoberfest was the vision of a handful of volunteers over 15 years ago and orginally spanned one block with food and entertainmnt. This event has grown from a small, one-day event to an expansive four-day festival tht strethes over five blocks of Main Street, Manteno! The fest is run primarily by the hard work and dedication of a corps of volunteers and is now sponsored by the Manteno Chamber of Commerce.
