Each summer, Main Street Momence hosts six Cruise Nights in Historic Downtown Momence. They are held between 5-8pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays alternating one block east and west of Dixie Highway on Washington Street. The finale is September 10th. The registration fee to enter a car is only $5! Each event includes a DJ, local restaurant specials, raffle prizes, split-the-pot, driver's choice awards, a chance at $100 drawing each event, and a chance at an end-of-the-season $250 cash prize. There is no charge for the public to browse the "Cool Cars".
