The Village of Manteno, in partnership with certified yoga instructor Kristine Stukenborg, is excited to offer FREE Yoga in the Square this summer!
Bring your mat or a towel and a water bottle for this hour-long class, suitable for all levels.
Class will begin at 8 AM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for time to set-up and settle in.
Location: The Square on Second
Dates: 2nd & 4th Saturdays, June-August
Class Description:
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement to breath. Kristine’s classes incorporate a flow that stresses breath and proper alignment. Her students will not only get a great workout, but will also leave feeling stretched, grounded, focused and calm. All levels welcome!
