The Kankakee Area Jaycees will be hosting ‘Halloween Downtown’. Running from 10am to 4pm, the festival will take place in the Farmer’s Market parking lot area. The event will feature free activities and games for kids all run by local businesses, public figures, and organizations. There will also be vendors, food, music, and a trunk-or-treat in the afternoon.
