A family fun day designed to educate and inspire participants to learn about the history, traditions and cultures present in the past in the Greater Momence area. See historical re-enactments at Island Park including a Civil War Camp complete with medical tent, horses and cannons; see French fur trapping and hunting tents; tomahawk throwing and black powder demonstrations! Historic vendors around town; full musical lineup from noon to 11 pm including a family friendly end of day Street Dance on Washington Street! Johnsonville brats and food all over town! Momence will have a trolley to take you from one historic site to another from 12-5 pm. See the Civil War exhibit at the Graham House! See the blacksmith do his work at Conrad Park Pioneer Cabin; chat with Mrs Lincoln at the Little Red Schoolhouse! See Music of the Civil war performances at the Earl Schoeffner Farm Museum! Many other live exhibitions and performances throughout town. All free all day! Come and Bisit Historic Momence!
