The Kankakee County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. (KCCVB) was founded in 1983 as a 501 (c) 6 not-for-profit association to promote and champion Kankakee County as an overnight visitor destination. Today, the KCCVB has grown to include 22 communities and boasts over 900 hotel rooms and hundreds of entertainment, dining, shopping, retail and cultural attractions for visitors to enjoy and experience.
To market and develop branded Kankakee County destination experiences to enhance community economic growth and quality of life.
The KCCVB Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month, 4-5pm, at the KCCVB office. Meeting times subject to change due to scheduling conflicts.
The KCCVB offices are conveniently located off I-57 at Exit 322, the first southbound exit into Kankakee County. Free parking is available in a shared parking lot at the north end of the facility. Our office is visitor friendly, pet friendly and offers complimentary wi-fi for our guests. Regular office hours are 9am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
