O'Hare International Airport is 75 miles north of Kankakee County, and Midway Airport is 50 miles north. The Greater Kankakee airport is also available for personal aircraft landing space.

This family-friendly event features voter registration, plus information about election judges, various government and civics agencies, Kankakee County Teen Court, and KCC’s Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies and Law Enforcement programs. The poster contest winners will be announced and prizes awarded. Participants are given a passport to be stamped at each vendor table and can enter the passport into a drawing for a free tablet computer. Participants who bring a nonperishable item for donation to KCC’s Food Pantry will receive an additional chance to win in the tablet drawing.
